To enroll in one of the best commercial driving schools, you have to fill up a Student Qualification form which is then evaluated by an admission representative through a personal interview. The school then evaluates the student for admission through their own admission criteria and procedure. The minimum requirement for admission is that the candidate must be at east 18 years of age. This is different in New York, where the minimum age is 21 years. A valid driver's license and/or a commercial driver's license (CDL) is mandatory before the practical instructions start on the road. A high school diploma is necessary, or you must pass the CDL knowledge examination to acquire a CDL.
